Our Business Development department is made up of around 45 talented individuals. They’re responsible for driving our growth and profitability.
Our compliance and in-house legal services function is made up of five sub-teams and is known as the General Counsel Team.
Our HR team helps us take good care of our people. They’re responsible for things like reward and benefits, resourcing and learning and development.
Together we plan and develop the knowledge and information resources strategy for the firm with a focus on innovation and digital approaches.
This team offers IT support to all our UK and international offices. It’s their job to make sure our people and clients benefit from the most effective computing solutions.
Our Finance team includes almost 70 dedicated finance professionals. They sit in several specialist teams, including Accounting and Tax, Commercial Finance and Finance Operations.
Known as the backbone of the firm, Operations is the central hub with a number of diverse teams who all have a keen focus on service delivery.
All of our PAs are highly valued members of our team. They know better than anyone else that no two days with us are ever quite the same.
